A person feels happy only when he sees the country in which he lives as a mother who provides sustenance and a fountain of life. Otherwise, the human soul will not be able to ignore itself, it will remain indifferent – and indifference means that the soul is dead. It is noteworthy that the decision-making of high morale in our society, where human interests are above all, is one of the most important directions of the policy of our state, and the necessary organizational and legal conditions have been created in this regard.
