This article explores the strategies necessary for achieving Zero Hunger in Uzbekistan by promoting sustainable agriculture and enhancing food security. Uzbekistan's agricultural sector, rich in potential but fraught with challenges such as water scarcity, land degradation, and climate change, requires a multifaceted approach. Key strategies include modernizing irrigation systems, promoting crop diversification, enhancing soil health, leveraging technology, and supporting smallholder farmers. Additionally, strengthening food supply chains, improving food distribution systems, enhancing nutrition education, and encouraging urban agriculture are essential for food security. Robust policies and institutional support are crucial for implementing these strategies, ensuring that Uzbekistan can create a resilient and sustainable food system. This comprehensive approach aims to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal of Zero Hunger, fostering economic stability and societal well-being in Uzbekistan.
