ADVANCED EXPERIENCES OF FOREIGN STATES IN ORGANIZING WORK WITH PERSONS SENTENCED TO RESTRICTION OF LIBERTY

this article analyzes the advanced experiences of foreign countries in organizing work activities with persons sentenced to restriction of freedom. The article examines the approaches of some countries in penal enforcement systems, the effectiveness of rehabilitation and rehabilitation programs, as well as methods of social integration and psychological assistance in the process of serving the sentence. On the basis of foreign experiences, the experiences of high-performing states in the field of punishment, rehabilitation of their personality and reintegration into society are presented. The article also shows the importance and necessity of applying foreign experiences to improve the punishment system in Uzbekistan. The effectiveness of the approaches, the analysis of the role of captives in returning them to society and reducing crime, as well as the existing problems and ways to solve them are discussed.
