TEACHING FOOTBALL TECHNIQUES AND TACTICS TO UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

This article examines the methods of teaching football techniques and tactics to university students. It analyzes the fundamental technical and tactical elements of football, approaches to teaching them, and ways to enhance students' physical and psychological preparation. Based on a literature review, effective teaching strategies and modern training methods are proposed. The paper highlights the importance of integrating theoretical knowledge with practical skills in football education at the university level.
