The objective is to send the ball over the net and into the opponent’s court while preventing them from returning it effectively. Volleyball is played both recreationally and competitively, with professional leagues and international tournaments taking place worldwide. This sport is unique in its combination of teamwork, skill, and athleticism. Unlike many other team sports, volleyball does not involve physical contact between players, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy high-intensity competition without direct confrontation.
