Abstract

This article presents a scientific analysis of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur's religious-educational work "Mubayyin." The study focuses on terms related to Islamic law (fiqh), their semantic characteristics, and discussions concerning shariah laws from a linguistic perspective. The article also emphasizes the purpose of the creation of the "Mubayyin," its connection to sources, and its place in the literary and spiritual life of the era.
