This paper explores the role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in enhancing critical thinking skills among learners in foreign language education. As digital tools become increasingly integrated into classrooms, their potential to promote deeper cognitive engagement is gaining attention. The study discusses how ICT tools such as online platforms, multimedia resources, and collaborative technologies can support the development of analytical, reflective, and problem-solving abilities in language learners. It also highlights the pedagogical strategies necessary for implementing ICT effectively to foster independent and critical thought. The findings underscore the importance of intentional technology use to not only enhance language proficiency but also to cultivate the intellectual habits essential for success in a globalized world.
